Tree Fortress 2 is the sequel of a casual tower defense game with cute medieval animals.

Development
  • Planned the new features for the sequel according to our project budget and scope and users feedback and analytics
  • Pitched and communicated the ideas and features and providing constant feeback to our team
  • Conceptualized new interfaces and in-game feedbacks to improve the usability and game experience
  • Designed new mechanics and rules that encourages new strategies
  • Balanced all 9 classes and upgrades from the previous game plus a new class, bosses and specials powers exclusively designed for the sequel
  • Created the 60 stages including the newest boss levels
  • Defined the whole in-game economy (freemium model)
