  • Took a game that was published in early 2014 and revamped in a few months, becoming Top 5 Tapps Games in terms of revenue and making User Acquisition viable.
  • Pitched and managed to bring new systems to the game that highly improved retention metrics and revenue, such as Daily Levels, Expert Mode, Rewarded Ads and Subscription.
  • Worked closely with designers and artists in order to improve onboarding and overall user experience that reduced churn.
  • Collaborated with engineers in order to build production tools that improved team velocity such as level design automatized tests and DLC Releases.
